The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining, managing, and leasing approximately 60 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Training. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total land area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million square meters, and the total usable area is approximately 3.1 million square meters. In this capacity, GMH has been commissioned with the project management for the expansion and new construction of the Kapellenweg School at Kapellenweg 63 in Hamburg.
