Netherlands – Corporate clothing – BDV - Bedrijfskleding en Persoonlijke Beschermingsmiddelen (DIG-17589)

This procurement aims to contract one Contractor for the conclusion of a Framework Agreement for the supply of Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including related services such as measuring employees, returns, and circular processing. Within HHR, approximately 470 employees use workwear and/or PPE. These employees work in various teams and perform diverse tasks, including water management and purification, maintenance of dikes and pumping stations, field inspections, and supporting office tasks. The Contract concerns the supply of Workwear and PPE as listed in Annex 2 Price List.

Workwear

Workwear refers to clothing worn by employees to perform their duties and can contribute to safety, recognisability, and functionality. Workwear must at least comply with EN ISO 13688 and must be provided with CE marking.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

PPE refers to equipment intended to protect employees from risks to their safety and health. PPE must comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the applicable (European) standards.
