1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment to the Military Medical Institute - PIB. 2. The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. 3. The contract has been divided into 3 lots: 1) ECG machine 2) Cryosurgery device 3) Defibrillator 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the tender documents. 5. The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract on the principles and conditions specified in the draft contracts constituting Annex No. 5 to the tender documents.
