Luxembourg – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Construction d'un parking à Rumelange – Mission de maîtrise d'œuvre générale (MOE)

Notice relating to a contract for a general design mission comprising architectural services, civil engineering with mobility expertise, and technical engineering, with a view to concluding a negotiated contract within the framework of the project for the construction of a car park in Rumelange. In general, the following services are an integral part of the general design mission: • Architectural studies and overall project design; • Internal coordination of the design group; • Civil engineering studies with mobility expertise including, in particular, external works, vehicle and pedestrian access, active mobility link, network connections, internal roads, and connection to existing roads (N33); • Technical engineering studies including the installations necessary for the operation of the car park (notably lighting, electrical supply, photovoltaic installation, lift and technical equipment); • Preparation and monitoring of the files necessary for applications for authorisation from the competent authorities, notably the Administration des ponts et chaussées; • Study and integration of archaeological constraints, if applicable; • Study of external works taking into account environmental constraints and light pollution. The following services (non-exhaustive list) are not part of this contract and may, if necessary, be carried out by the Ville de Rumelange or entrusted to third-party offices: • Health and safety coordination mission (CSS); • Inspection body; • Approved body; • Comfort/Discomfort mission; • Topographical survey; • Geotechnical campaign and soil pollution study; • Preparation of an inventory; • Ecological balance.
