Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – Tragwerksplanung für den Neubau von 2 Feuerwehrgerätehäusern

The town of Bexbach intends to build 2 new fire stations (2 lots). The so-called "South" site is located in the Bexbach district south of the road to the Saarpfalzpark. A feasibility study for the development of the South site is to be created in the second half of 2026. The project planning should not wait for the result, but should already begin in parallel. The "North" site is located south of Kohlstraße in the Frankenholz district. The property consists of two parts on either side of a road. A space program with project description (in Annex 3-Location and Project Description) is attached for the two locations. Further details, including the rough cost estimate, can be found in Annex 3. The structural design according to § 51 HOAI, performance phases 1-6 for the two lots, will be tendered. The award will be made in stages. Initially, the award of performance phases 1-4 will be made. The performance phases 5-6 will be awarded optionally. There is no entitlement to the award of further performance phases from performance phase 5. Various information is attached to the annexes of the present invitation to tender, including site plans of the two plots (Annexes 5-1 and 5-2) on which the buildings are to be erected, as well as the space programs (Annexes 3-1 and 3-2). The structural design according to § 51 HOAI for the two construction projects will be tendered in two sub-lots within the present invitation to tender. It is possible to submit a request to participate or a tender for one of the lots or for both lots. It is possible that the award for the two lots may be made to different bidders or to one bidder. Due to the framework conditions (building law requirements) for the two North and South projects, planning for the North site will probably start slightly earlier than for the South site. However, the projects will probably not be planned and implemented completely one after the other. In addition to the structural design, the project planning according to § 34 HOAI and the planning of the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI will be tendered in separate tenders, each in 2 lots.
