The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for the insurance of the property and other interests of the Krakow City Development Agency, in relation to 1 to 2 parts of the subject of the contract. 1.1 In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Purchaser envisages the possibility of annulling the subject of the procedure if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the contract have not been granted to them. 1.2 The subject of the contract includes: 1.2.1 Part 1 – insurance of property (PD), electronic equipment (EEI), business interruption (BI) of ICE Kraków (BI) and civil liability (OC) of ARMK, where Part 1 of the contract consists of the basic scope and the scope covered by the option right no. 1 and the scope covered by the option right no. 2; 1.2.2 Part 2 – general insurance of construction and assembly investments CAR/EAR together with Section II civil liability, in the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2028. 1.3 The Purchaser allows the submission of partial offers, in relation to one to two parts of the subject of the contract, as specified in point 1.2 of the description of the subject of the contract. 2.
