Dalkia is the contractor for the creation and operation of the urban heating plant and network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube. These works include the construction of a heating plant, a heat network and its substations. The present call for tender specifically concerns the substations. The mission to be entrusted to the contractor will involve: - The hydraulic connection of the skids to the existing installations, with the possible installation of additional equipment (pumps, tanks, etc.) on the secondary side - The creation of hydraulic networks for the connection of certain substations located on rooftop terraces - The creation of aerial hydraulic networks in car parks - Supply of equipment on the secondary side, such as pumps or tanks (in optional tranche) The supply of the skids is not part of the service. The estimated number of substations to be connected is 25; It may be subject to change, up or down, depending on the actual number of subscribers connected to the heat network.
