ProRail seeks a partner to produce outdoor communication, place the message carrier in the right place, including advice on the type of medium, the right location, the time of placement, safety, innovation and sustainability to achieve the communication goal as effectively as possible. This also includes maintenance, repair and removal of the carrier after the project has ended. The objective of this tender is to conclude an exclusive framework agreement with one party regarding outdoor communication, hereafter referred to as ‘the contract’, to meet the need. The maximum value of the agreement is 715,000 euro.
