The HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is one of the six municipal housing companies of the state of Berlin. As part of the Berlin school construction offensive, HOWOGE is responsible for the new construction and major renovations of schools for the state of Berlin. In this role, HOWOGE intends to renovate and partially reconstruct the partially listed stock of the Ernst-Reuter-Schule, and to replace economically unviable existing buildings with new and additional buildings. The school in Berlin-Mitte will thus grow from a 6-4 stream to an 8-4 stream comprehensive school and will have a stacked double sports hall. Before the construction of the new building sections and before the renovation and reconstruction of the existing buildings, the demolition of three buildings present on the construction site (two school buildings, one sports hall) and the complete gutted with partial demolition of another school building is necessary. The subject of this tendering procedure are therefore engineering planning services for the demolition with hazardous substance remediation of the buildings named on the construction site including existing traffic areas and infrastructure as well as site preparation according to the scope of services of the AHO series Heft Nr. 18: "Planning area site clearance/demolition", October 2014 edition in conjunction with Heft Nr. 43: "Specialist planning services for hazardous substances in objects - building and technical systems" (February 2023 edition).
