The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection of mixed municipal waste and selective waste from residential properties located within the administrative boundaries of the Gmina Zarszyn, as well as the transport and disposal of municipal waste from the municipal point of selective waste collection (GPSZOK). The service of collecting municipal waste from residential property owners covers the following localities: Bażanówka, Długie, Jaćmierz, Jaćmierz-Przedmieście, Nowosielce, Odrzechowa, Pastwiska, Pielnia, Posada Jaćmierska, Posada Zarszyńska and Zarszyn. As of 30 September 2026, 8834 people were registered as permanently residing in Gmina Zarszyn. Approximately 7122 people (based on the number of residents derived from declarations submitted by property owners regarding the fee for municipal waste management) will be covered by the collection of municipal waste, residing in 2496 households across 11 villages, divided into 2 zones.
