The municipality of Emmerthal plans to build a new fire station in the district of Esperde. The fire departments of Esperde and Brockensen, from the municipality of Emmerthal, equipped with basic equipment, will receive a joint new fire station to comply with the prescribed guidelines and to maintain the ongoing operation of a fire department, fulfilling all its tasks. Due to local and personnel circumstances, the fire departments of Esperde and Brockensen will receive a joint fire station. The net usable floor area (NUF) is approximately 650 m². The municipality of Emmerthal reserves the option to award further, essentially similar fire stations in up to a maximum of three additional locations in stages. The further fire stations are to be designed essentially identically. The follow-up projects are to correspond essentially to the functional, technical and design concept of the reference project "Feuerwehr Esperde." The room program and the scope of services of these options remain identical to the room program and the scope of services of the main contract. Only minor site-specific adjustments, particularly with regard to access, media connection and outdoor facilities, are to be expected.
