Czechia – Public-service buses – Nákup až 10 ks autobusů 12-13 m

The subject of this tender is the supply of 6 buses meeting the minimum technical requirements according to Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation – technical specification and valuation (hereinafter referred to as the "bus"). The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with Section 100(1), to change the commitment in the Contract by increasing the total number of buses by a maximum of 4 additional buses. For details on the reserved change in commitment, see the binding draft Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation. The subject of performance also includes the provision of warranty service, regular warranty service inspections, delivery of all documentation, training of persons designated by the contracting authority to operate the buses, and other activities or deliveries according to Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation. The conditions for providing the subject of performance are further regulated by the binding draft Contract, which forms Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation. See more in ZD.
