The Nantais Ring Road Development Plan (PAPN) is the reference document defining the improvements to be made to the Nantais ring road (RN844) and their prioritisation. Ten years after its validation in 2016, many improvements have been implemented. It is now necessary to draw up a comprehensive assessment, both quantitative and qualitative, to evaluate the achievements, their effects and their contribution to the initial objectives of the PAPN.
