The subject of the public procurement contract is primarily construction works aimed at strengthening/reinforcing the existing roof structures of buildings on which photovoltaic power plants will be installed. The contracting authority strongly emphasizes that the subject of the contract is construction work, not the supply of PV equipment, however, for the completeness of the information and the transfer of complete information, the project for the supply of PV equipment is also part of Annex No. 3. The scope of the contract is therefore defined by Annex 3b_Construction Project (part of Annex 3_Project), Annex 5_Quantity Survey and Annex 4_Contract Draft.
