The call for tenders aims to put out to tender the operation (produce, distribute, manage on a daily basis) of 8 food trucks, divided into 8 lots according to the themes/concepts defined below:

* FT 2: Asia
* FT 3: North America / Europe
* FT 4: South America
* FT 5: Middle East
* FT 6: India
* FT 7: Vegetarian with at least 1 vegan option every day
* FT 8: Bakery / tea-room
