Romania – Electric buses – Achiziție autobuze în cadrul proiectului “ÎNFIINȚARE TRANSPORT PUBLIC DE CĂLĂTORI ÎN ORAȘUL BĂLCEȘTI, JUDEȚUL VÂLCEA”, Cod SMIS 329509 Obiectul prezentei achizitii publice il constituie contractul de furnizare de mijloace de transport și stații de încărcare în cadrul proiectului “Înființare transport public de călători în Orașul Bălcești, Județul Vâlcea” Cod SMIS 329509

Supply of 3 electric buses, 1 electric minibus, 4 slow charging stations and 1 fast charging station. The transport means and charging stations will serve public passenger transport. The buses will be of the solo (non-articulated) type, equipped with facilities for the access of people with reduced mobility, will be single-deck, with CE bodywork, intended for urban passenger transport in accordance with Directive 2007/46/EC, 2009/33/EC, ECE-ONU R 66, Law 92/2007, with all subsequent amendments and additions. Details regarding the procurement can be found in the Terms of Reference. NOTE: Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarification/information: A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification in a single day, namely the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, through a consolidated response, provided that the requests for clarification are submitted within the specified deadline.
