Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa dwóch fabrycznie nowych, średnich samochodów ratowniczo-gaśniczych dla OSP Gawrzyjałki oraz OSP Płozy

The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority's premises of two new medium-sized fire and rescue vehicles for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Gawrzyjałki and the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Płozy. The vehicles are ordered with additional equipment, which has been specified in the contract documents and which the contractor must install in both vehicles. The vehicles must be new (unused), with a 2026 chassis production year, and must meet the requirements arising from road traffic regulations, including the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the executive regulations issued on the basis of this Act, and must have a complete set of documentation enabling its registration in Poland as a special fire vehicle. All the equipment that makes up the subject of the contract should be new, free from external damage and signs of previous use, i.e. no device, product can be previously used, should be functional, properly packaged, and meet all the requirements of the standards specified by the applicable law. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into parts: 1) PART I: Delivery of a new medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for OSP Gawrzyjałki: The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority's premises of a new medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Gawrzyjałki. 2) PART II: Delivery of a new medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for OSP Płozy: The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Contracting Authority's premises of a new medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Płozy.
