Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss einer nicht-exklusiven Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zum Wirkstoff Darifenacin, ATC G04BD10 für die Zeit 01.07.2026 - 30.06.2028 (zzgl. Verlängerungsoption 1x12 Monate)

Section 130a, paragraph 8 of the German Social Code, Book V (SGB V) allows health insurance funds and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, the DAK-Gesundheit regularly conducts substance-related, formal tendering procedures in accordance with the regulations of Part 4 of the German Competition Act (GWB). For the pharmaceuticals to be specified by the bidder in Annex 2 to the contract, for the aforementioned substance Darifenacin, ATC G04BD10, the DAK-Gesundheit intends to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with as many interested pharmaceutical companies as possible until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical rebate contracts. A rebate contract under the approval model for the aforementioned substance will come into force for the first time on 01.07.2026 and will end on 30.06.2028 (plus extension option 1x12 months). It will automatically end, regardless of this, with the entry into force of the exclusive contract.
