The subject of the public procurement is: • complete processing of project documentation for construction implementation (PDPS), in accordance with valid legal regulations, elaborated to the detail of documentation for the selection of the construction contractor, • processing of the construction control budget and List of Construction Works, Supplies and Services, • special services – cooperation in the preparation and implementation of the tender procedure for the selection of the construction contractor, • performance of author's supervision during the construction implementation, • coordinated construction organisation plan, • coordination of activities with the activities of the Railway Administration, a state organisation in the given territory

The subject of the processing of project documentation for construction implementation (PDPS) are: • site preparation objects, • land transport objects, • bridge objects and walls, • water management objects, • electrical and telecommunications objects, • pipeline objects, • railway objects, • land construction objects, • land improvement objects

The implementation of the work is internally divided into three stages (assumed staging): • Stage 1. Crossroads at Prštenská přička – Nábřeží Street – Rybníky including the bridge over Dřevnice • Stage 2. Communication of Nábřeží Street from the crossroads at Prštenská přička to the heating plant area • Stage 3. Communication of Nábřeží Street from the heating plant area to the crossroads of ul. K Pasekám, ul. Gahurova, ul. Mladcovská, including the crossroads.

A detailed specification of the subject of performance and the conditions of performance are given in Annex 2 of the tender documentation: Contract for Work (proposal of commercial conditions). The staging of the project documentation and the staging of the construction works will be specified after the development of the concept and the incorporation of the requirements of the coordinated construction of Gasnet s.r.o. – the relocation of the gas pipeline, from which also a variant of the implementation of the construction works of Stage 2 and Stage 3 simultaneously may result.
