Procurement of new multifunction devices and printers for various properties of the city of Neumünster. It is intended to procure the A3 multifunction devices (floor and floor devices) via a leasing model, while the A4 multifunction devices & printers (desk devices) will be purchased and provided with an appropriate service package. Following the initial mass rollout of the A3 multifunction devices, the first implementation of a manufacturer-independent output management solution (market acronyms: FollowMe, SecurePrint, PullPrint, Follow2Print etc.) is planned. The services to be provided include the corresponding Managed Print Services of a supplier to ensure permanent, trouble-free and efficient operation of the delivered systems.
