Denmark – Construction consultancy services – Udbud af totalrådgivning i forbindelse med renovering af fsb afd. 1-50 Tingbjerg II

The contracting authority, with the tender notice and the other tender documents, is awarding a contract for technical consultancy and assistance in connection with the implementation of the overall building plan, including the renovation of fsb sections 1-50 Tingbjerg II. The total consultancy tender is awarded following the tender procedure tender with negotiation in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The overall plan for Tingbjerg II covers 638 dwellings with an associated community centre. The overall plan has been under development since 2015 and is subject to the joint urban development strategy for Tingbjerg-Husum as well as local plan 609 with supplement 1. The task includes total consultancy in all project phases in connection with the renovation of fsb sections 1-50 Tingbjerg II with a view to execution in the main contract. The process of approving the overall plan in sections 1-50 Tingbjerg II, fsb, Københavns Kommune and Landsbyggefonden takes place in parallel with the present tender. As further detailed in Annex B, the contracting authority may choose to award the total consultancy contract on the basis of the initial tender.
