Germany – Surveying services – Rahmenvereinbarung Vermessungsleistungen

The City of Altena suffered extensive damage to its municipal infrastructure during the heavy rain and flooding disaster in July 2021. As part of the immediate relief, some of the damage was temporarily repaired, but the city area still requires extensive restoration measures. This description of services includes framework agreements for surveying services, with the following areas being formed: Lot 1-Watercourse: Brachtenbecke; Lot 2-Watercourse: Linscheider-/Hegenscheider Bach, other measures on the Lenne; Lot 3-Watercourse: Nette - Lower Course; Lot 4-Watercourse: Nette - Upper Course; Lot 5-Watercourse: Rahmede. The subject of these framework agreements is a variety of architectural or engineering services within the respective framework agreement. Within each area lot, the distribution of individual calls-off is carried out according to the so-called cascade principle. No further competition will take place. Further information on the individual call-off can be found in Annex 7, Section 6. A pool with a maximum of three companies will be formed per lot.
