Poland – Medical equipments – ,,Dostawa aparatury i sprzętu medycznego do Poradni Chirurgicznej"

The subject of the contract is the delivery to the place indicated by the Buyer of brand new, unused medical equipment. The Buyer has divided the contract into 4 lots as follows: Lot No 1 - Ultrasonic washer - 1 unit - Virucidal and bactericidal lamp - 1 unit - Vascular scanner with display - 1 unit - Rectoscope set - 1 unit - Haemorrhoidal ligator - 1 unit. Lot No 2 - Surgical diathermy apparatus with bipolar set - 1 unit - Medical table for surgical diathermy - 1 unit. Lot No 3 - Cryosurgery apparatus - 1 unit. Lot No 4 - ABI oscillometric system - 1 unit. The scope of the contract includes installation, commissioning and training of the Buyer's staff in the practical operation of the delivered equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the technical parameters required by the Buyer are specified in Annex No 2 to the SWZ - Detailed Offer Form. The offered equipment must meet all the minimum requirements specified in the annex, failure to meet any of the required parameters will result in the rejection of the offer.
