The subject of the framework agreement is the technical support and further development of the internet offerings of the multisite environment www.familienplanung.de and www.jung-und-schwanger.de. The scope of services includes, in particular, the following services:

• Project management

• Takeover and familiarisation

• Cooperation and collaboration with other agencies and working areas of the BIÖG

• Regular upgrades to the current LTS version of TYPO3

• Ongoing technical maintenance

• Functional and non-functional enhancements

• Compliance with legal requirements for accessibility

• Technical search engine optimisation and reporting

• Integration of new content, subpages and forms

• Technical integration of the address database on familienplanung.de

• Preparation according to §14 SchKG of the list of clinics and practices provided by the Federal Medical Association, which indicate that they perform abortions

• Consideration of current developments in the field of "Artificial Intelligence" (e.g. with regard to the findability and preparation of information, specifically e.g. readability of the content for data crawlers), monitoring of further developments, development of recommendations and subsequent implementation

• Technical adjustments depending on current developments and internal decisions

• Technical support for possible restructuring and consolidation of internal websites

The following services are not the subject of the contract:

• Editorial creation of new content

• Conceptual and design support of the web presence

• Concept and design of extensions to the web presence

• Concept and creation of video content for www.familienplanung.de and www.jung-und-schwanger.de

• Hosting

The maximum call-off volume from the framework agreement is a total of 763,380.00 EUR (net). Further details can be found in the description of services (Annex 01).
