The "Stiftung Rehabilitationszentrum Thüringer Wald" (RZTW) is a service provider for people with disabilities in the field of vocational and social rehabilitation and integration. Following the completion of renovation works on buildings C to F, further renovation of building 0, particularly in terms of fire protection, is currently required in conjunction with the securing and expansion of the service portfolio. The subject of this procurement procedure are the planning services required for this in the field of building physics according to HOAI Annex 1 (to § 3 paragraph 1) item 1.2.1, Lph 1-7 (thermal insulation and energy balancing, building acoustics (sound insulation), room acoustics) and special services in step-by-step commissioning. Initially, only stage 1 (LP 1 - 4) will be commissioned.
