France – Parking lot construction work – Extension du parking OUEST du Centre Hospitalier Tarbes Lourdes Site de Tarbes-La-Gespe

The contract includes optional lots defined in the tender documents. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The present contract concerns the construction of a 75-space extension to the West car park of the Tarbes-Lourdes hospital centre, on the Tarbes La-Gespe site. This new car park will be non-impermeabilised and made of 0/31.5mm compacted gravel as a wearing course. The platform and sub-base will be drained by the construction of drainage trenches. The contract also concerns the installation of lampposts and their connection to the existing electricity network. The contract also concerns the connection to the video surveillance system and the installation of new cameras. The installation of landscaping and shrubs is also envisaged.
