Netherlands – Weed-clearance services – Onkruidbestrijding op verhardingen

The Contract consists of the effective and efficient control and removal of weeds and unwanted vegetation on element-based surfacing (including unbound and open surfacing) in the public space within the Spaarnelanden work area. Element-based surfacing refers to surfacing consisting of loose elements, which are laid in a specific pattern, such as bricks and tiles. Examples of this, but not exhaustive, are: footpaths/cycle paths (of tiles), carriageways of brick surfacing, gutters (including gutters along asphalt surfacing), (school and play) squares, traffic humps and rubber tiles. The estimated value of this Contract is set at €1,500,000 per year, with the total estimated value for the entire duration amounting to €6,000,000. Below is a breakdown per plot: Plot 1, municipality of Haarlem: €4,980,000. Plot 2, municipality of Zandvoort: €1,020,000.
