The Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) of Toulouse is an autonomous administrative public body. The present tender has as its subject the subscription of insurance contracts for the purchasing group formed between the CENTRE COMMUNAL D'ACTION SOCIALE (CCAS) DE TOULOUSE and the CENTRE TOULOUSAIN DES MAISONS DE RETRAITE (CTMR). With the aim of pooling skills and optimising the budget, it was decided to form a purchasing group in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all the executive bodies of all the members of the group. The framework agreement is executed within the framework of a purchasing group in accordance with Articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code with the following body: - Centre Toulousain des Maisons de Retraite (CTMR) The coordinator of the purchasing group is: Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS) of Toulouse. It is responsible for the award, signature, notification and execution of the framework agreement on behalf of all the members of the group. Duration: Contract start date - duration: 1st January 2027 - 00:00 for a duration of 48 months. It will expire on 31st December 2030.
