The National Railway Company SNCF SA wishes to acquire a software solution in SaaS mode allowing for Centralised Fleet Management (CFM) related to mobility. This solution must allow for: - Centralisation and unification of fleet request processes, - Management of projects and users and their profiles, - Management of terminal assets, accessories, mobile lines and services, - Management of allocations (association of assets), - Management of incidents and after-sales service, - Reporting and monitoring, - Control of usage and costs, - Control of compliance of allocations and data quality, - Automation of controls and interfaces, - APIisation of exchanges and data flows with the various mobility actors. The National Railway Company SNCF SA reserves the possibility of acquiring, as an option: - Outbound reversibility service - Connection to our SNCF ERP API
