The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of necessary reagents and operational materials, along with the lease of a POCT analyser, homogenizer, and densitometer, the lease of a POCT monitoring information system, and the maintenance and warranty service of the analysers owned by MSS in Ostrołęka, in the type and quantity according to Annex No. 1 to the Contract Notice and the Contract – Price and Quantity Form, and with Annex No. 2 to the Contract Notice and the Contract – Summary of Boundary Parameter Conditions, which are an integral part of the Contract Notice.
