Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu złotowego dla Gminy Krokowa w wysokości do kwoty 7 825 531,55 złotych

The subject of the contract is the provision and servicing of a long-term złoty loan for the Gmina Krokowa in the amount of up to 7 825 531,55 złotych, with the following characteristics: 1) Loan amount: up to 7 825 531,55 złotych. 2) Loan period: until the end of 2036. 3) The contracting authority reserves the right not to utilise the full loan amount. 4) The loan will be activated by the Contractor in tranches and the transfer of funds to the Contracting Authority's account will follow immediately upon receipt of instructions from the Contracting Authority. The amounts and deadlines for each tranche are as follows: a) First tranche: 5 740 000,00 zł - immediately upon conclusion of the contract b) Second tranche: 2 085 531,55 zł - by 11.12.2026 with the possibility of changing these parameters, subject to the condition that the final loan tranche will occur no later than 11.12.2026.
