The present consultation is launched by: RATP Real Estate, SA with a capital of 3 859 119 euros, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Créteil under No. B 380.038.687, headquartered in Fontenay-Sous-Bois, 12 avenue du Val de Fontenay, represented by Mr. Stéphane SOREAU, President. RATP Real Estate is the Delegated Project Owner (MOD) acting on behalf of and for the account of RATP - Real Estate Department. It concerns the following services: Carrying out building work for the redevelopment of spaces and the energy renovation of the Lachambeaudie building (RATP site) located at 18-19 place Lachambeaudie Paris 12th. The Lachambeaudie site is an RATP building that accommodates various activities of the RATP Group, where both tertiary activities and medical activities dedicated to RATP agents are carried out. The project aims to: - Meet the RATP's heritage challenges: o Redevelopment of spaces and optimisation of their occupation; o Creation of a real social hub on site; o Grouping together certain entities of the Group to free up RATP heritage surfaces which will be enhanced in the long term. - Meet Environmental Regulatory (DEET, APER, BACS, LOM) and RSE challenges o Reduction of 60% of energy consumption to achieve the DEET 2050 objective; o Installation of renewable energy production via photovoltaic panels on the roof; o Deployment of charging stations for electric vehicles (IRVE); o Limitation of interventions on spaces renovated in recent years; o Improvement of working conditions by ensuring ergonomic arrangements and summer comfort for occupants.
