armasuisse requires suitable instruments for the systematic assessment of competencies and potentials. To this end, Assessment Centers (AC) are to be used in the recruitment process to enable candidates to be assessed in a practical and objective manner. Additionally, Development Centers (DC) and further instruments are to be offered for existing employees to systematically identify and specifically promote their strengths and development potentials. The aim of the call for tender is to select a reliable, experienced and competent provider who supports armasuisse in the implementation of Assessment and Development Centers according to the requirements of Annex 2.0 and ensures a practical, objective and systematic assessment of competencies and potentials.
