No deadline given

Description

The subject of this tender procedure is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a charging infrastructure on the operational sites and at two terminal stops of the wupsi GmbH (hereinafter the contracting authority, CA) for charging battery-electric low-floor buses of the public transport. The scope of delivery includes 60 stationary charging stations. The CA already has battery-electric vehicles of the model "Lion City E" from the manufacturer "MAN Truck & Bus Deutschland GmbH". The vehicles are recharged via a standardized CCS plug connection. In addition, the CA operates an operational site management system with an integrated load and charging management system ("e-DMS") from the manufacturer "IVU Traffic Technologies AG". The charging stations to be delivered as part of this tender procedure must be integrated into the existing system architecture and must be controllable by the existing load and charging management system. The charging technology to be delivered must therefore support the relevant standards and interfaces (ISO 15118, VDV 261, OCPP (Minimalversion 1.6 J). In addition, full compatibility with both the existing vehicles and the existing load and charging management system must be ensured. In addition to production, delivery, and installation, the delivery also includes the ongoing maintenance of the charging infrastructure. This is to be provided for a period of approximately five years, according to current planning. At the beginning of the procedure, a project description will be provided in the selection competition. The detailed technical and functional requirements for the charging infrastructure as well as the contractual requirements, among others, for maintenance will be further specified in the tender documents of the offer phase. These documents will only be made available in the second stage of the procedure and exclusively to those bidders who are invited by the contracting authority to submit an offer. It is noted that all communication regarding the project process will be in German language and writing. This means that the applications for participation and the offers as well as all attachments, evidence, declarations, etc. must be written in German.
