The subject of the public procurement is SUPPLY OF MEDICAL DEVICES, CONSUMABLE MATERIALS and DIAPERS for UMBALIPB "PROF. IVAN KIROV" Separate lots – no. MEDICAL DEVICES are divided into 118 nomenclatures / according to the prepared technical specification / Possibility to present alternatives in the offers. Each of the candidates may participate for one or more groups of MEDICAL DEVICES, by submitting an offer for one or more nomenclatural units included in them. The Commission will evaluate each of the nomenclatural units separately. MEDICAL DEVICES are listed in rows and are detailed by Measure, quantity, unit of measure and forecast quantity in the attached to the documentation initial "Technical Specification". The initially planned "Technical Specification" may be partially changed in the course of the implementation of the dynamic system, by adding new MEDICAL DEVICES or changing their quantities. The quantities indicated in the "Technical Specification" attached to the documentation are forecast and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to award them in the forecast volume. The term of the DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its term for any candidate who meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it are free and without charge for all interested parties. The forecast value of the order for all positions is 201,500.00 EUR on an annual basis, excluding VAT. The term of the contracts concluded on the basis of the limited orders within the DPS is for a period of 12 months.
