The subject of the procurement is the purchase of advertising agency services and lighting and video photography services for the City of Lappeenranta and the Lappeenranta Office Premises (LATO) consortium, as defined in this tender notice and its annexes. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: 1. Advertising Agency Services 2. Lighting and Video Photography Services. The role of the selected service provider includes ensuring the secure management of the work processes, materials, and information related to the assignments, by demonstrating a suitable platform/method for this purpose and acting as a contact for the client. Data security must be considered in the register description provided by the tenderer for the services offered, and which is described based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection law. Ordinary communication can be agreed, for example, by using email and Teams. The services must be produced in accordance with the legislation binding on the municipal sector. The clients also implement the services themselves. In special cases that require a certain artistic perspective, such as imagery representing locality or traditional art, the client may also make the procurement with service providers other than those selected in this procurement. One (1) supplier will be selected as the contract supplier for sub-area 1 Advertising Agency Services and three (3) suppliers for sub-area 2 Lighting and Video Photography Services. Suppliers are selected based on the most economically advantageous tender. The actual contract period is intended to begin as soon as possible after the procurement decision has entered into force. The actual contract period is 24 months, in addition to which the procuring entity reserves the right, if desired, to extend the contract with a two-year (1+1) option period.
