The leasing company is responsible for the operational and tactical management of the vehicle fleet of ODGM. Operational management includes all daily activities related to the vehicle fleet, including ordering, authorising, turn-key delivery and maintenance of leased vehicles up to and including their return at the end of the contract. At a tactical level, it is expected that the leasing company will support ODGM with reporting. Furthermore, the leasing company is tasked with selecting, directing and monitoring suppliers for the installation of ride recording systems and lettering as part of the Turn-key process. A maximum of 60 passenger vehicles.
