The subject of the contract is the supply of a new factory truck with a loading box and a hydraulic loading crane for Zakład Gospodarki Wodno-Kanalizacyjnej in Tomaszow Mazowiecki Sp. z o.o. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, technical, functional and quality requirements, as well as the conditions for the execution of the contract, are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). 3. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): • 34130000-7 – Motor vehicles for the transport of goods, • 42418900-8 – Loading and unloading equipment (loading crane). 4. If a manufacturer, brand, trade name, type, model, standard, technical approval, technical specification, reference system or origin is indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Contract or other contract documents, it should be treated solely as a definition of the minimum quality, technical, functional and user requirements. The contracting authority allows the offering of equivalent solutions in accordance with the provisions of Article 99 of the Pzp Act and in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the Subject of the Contract. 5. The contractor is obliged to execute the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, the Description of the Subject of the Contract and the projected provisions of the contract.
