Joint procurement among the following utility companies: Dinel A/S, Flow El-net A/S, Netselskabet Elværk A/S, NOE Net A/S, Nord Energi Net A/S, Ravdex A/S, TREFOR Elnet A/S, TREFOR Elnet Øst A/S, Veksel A/S. The framework agreement is divided into 4 sub-agreements concerning the supply of low-, medium- and high-voltage cables. Framework agreement sub-agreements 1-3 will be entered into with one supplier for each individual sub-agreement. Sub-agreement 4 will be entered into with up to three suppliers, with allocation taking place through mini-tenders. It is possible for suppliers to bid on individual sub-agreements, several, or all - it is possible for one supplier to be awarded a contract on all four (4) sub-agreements. The framework agreement has a duration of 3 years with a possibility of extension for a further 3 x 12 months.
