New construction of a digital alerting system in the POCSAG standard (2m band) for non-police hazard prevention in the district of Emmendingen to replace the analogue 5-tone alerting system. The subject of the procurement is the supply, construction and commissioning of an area-wide digital alerting system according to POCSAG standard in the 2m band for BOS organisations in the district of Emmendingen, including migration from the existing analogue 5-tone alerting system, the supply of end devices as well as maintenance and service. The tendering procedure in question includes the construction of 37 digital alerting converter locations in the district, including antenna and lightning protection technology, as well as the electrical upgrading of the buildings for these locations. In addition, a total of four digital alert transmitters (two fixed installations and two mobile emergency alert transmitters) as well as network and IT technology for the central system technology at the location of the Integrated Control Centre Emmendingen will be installed. The contract is divided into four specialist lots. Lot 1 includes the DA system technology, in particular the supply, assembly, commissioning and configuration of the digital alerting converters and digital alert transmitters with subsequent service on the basis of an EVB-IT service contract with a fixed term of 24 months. Lot 2 includes antenna technology and mast construction, i.e. in particular the supply and assembly of antenna masts and lightning protection and grounding components. Lot 3 describes the necessary electrical work. Lot 4 includes the procurement of end devices in the form of a shopping basket principle with call-off by the respectively authorised municipalities or aid organisations.
