This is a framework agreement for services with purchase orders on price schedule. Framework agreement for services for unit price schedule services for P2 - P3 maintenance services, periodic checks and multi-year replacement work for anti-water hammer devices. The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum amount of 270 000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT in orders and will be for a maximum duration of 4 years (1 year automatically renewable 3 times 1 year) according to the amounts detailed below:

- 130 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for unit price schedule services for P2 maintenance services

- 80 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for unit price schedule services for P3 maintenance services

- 20 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for unit price schedule services for periodic check services

- 40 000 euro(s) excluding VAT for unit price schedule services for anti-water hammer device replacement work

The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and the totality of the renewal periods).
