The purpose of this tender is: - to conclude a (framework) agreement with one Contractor for a period of four years, with an option to extend for a period of up to two times one year. The decision to extend or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with the Contracting Authority. The intended start date of the (framework) agreement is 1 March 2027 and will end by operation of law on 1 March 2031 unless the Contracting Authority opts for optional extension(s). The maximum duration of the (framework) agreement, if optional extensions are chosen, is six years, until 1 March 2033 at the latest. The intended start date may, if the Contracting Authority deems it necessary, be adjusted to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly.
