The subject of the procurement is the maintenance and upkeep services for Järvenpään city's street lighting for the contract period: 05.10.2026 - 06.10.2030. One supplier will be selected based on the tender. Street lighting includes, in addition to street and road lighting, the lighting of parks, squares, playgrounds, other areas, as well as special lighting. With a separate order from the purchaser, the purchaser may also have the following works carried out: maintenance of charging points for electric cars and other electrical network construction works. In addition, some of the lights are on the road network maintained by ELY Centre. The street lighting network is owned by the city. The subject of the contract is described in more detail in Annex 1 Service Description and its Annexes 1 Lamp Posts Map, 2 Itemised List and 3 Safety Document. The bidder must take into account the following works and contracts to be carried out simultaneously by the purchaser or other parties in the tender and implementation: - street lighting control system service contracts. - electricity procurement - separate construction projects. The purchaser is not committed to purchasing a certain amount of services during the contract period, but purchases them as needed. After the four (4) year fixed contract period, the contract continues indefinitely. If new targets arise in the purchaser's service network, the corresponding services can be procured from this contract.
