The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of chemical reagents for the needs of the units of the University of Warmia and Mazury. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract/price form. 3. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers in accordance with Article 99(5) of the Pzp and Article 101(4) of the Pzp, however, the requirements and technical parameters, standards specifying the subject of the contract set by the contracting authority are minimum conditions, the fulfillment of which the contracting authority will expect. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove that the product offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. In the case of an offer by the contractor of a product with equivalent parameters and properties, the contractor is obliged to prove by providing, by the deadline for submitting offers, characteristic cards and technical specifications of the offered product confirming that: a) the product offered by him meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority, in particular, that it is identical in terms of analytical characteristics, b) the product offered by him meets the requirements allowing for the continuation of scientific research conducted by the contracting authority, without the need to perform additional procedures (procedures), including, for example, calibration of devices, c) the use of the offered product with equivalent parameters/properties does not involve the need to purchase additional products and other consumables. 4. The assessment of compliance with the equivalence between the product specified by the contracting authority and that offered by the contractor will take place on the basis of the documents provided as indicated in Section VII of the SWZ. 5. The quantities indicated in the description of the subject of the contract according to Annex 1 to the SWZ are only and exclusively the potential demand of the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to place orders for a larger quantity of a given product than that mentioned in Annex 1 to the SWZ or not to purchase a given position at all, however, the contracting authority estimates that it will make a purchase in 1% of the specified assortment according to Annex 1.
