Poland – Software package and information systems – „Cyfryzacja powiatu bieruńsko-lędzińskiego oraz podległych jednostek" - w zakresie systemów geodezyjnych [vol.2]

The subject of the contract is the execution of deliveries within the scope of the order entitled: „Digitalisation of the Bieruńsko-Lędziński District and subordinate units” – in the scope of geodesic systems. The purpose of the contract is to provide new and enhance the maturity level of existing public e-services to the fifth level of maturity so as to streamline and facilitate the realisation of geodesic, construction and environmental protection tasks for citizens, entrepreneurs and other administration. 2. The e-service at the fifth level of maturity will enable the Applicant to be authorised by the national node, to pay a fee using a payment broker and in the case of a subsequent application, to automatically complete the Applicant's data. 3. Within the scope of the contract, it is planned to expand (update) the existing software in the Department of Geodesy and Property Management of the Bieruń County Office with new system and integrative modules, as well as to purchase a software module that will raise the level of security of the provision of existing and new public e-services. The newly purchased modules will also serve the Department of Construction and Architecture, the Department of Environment and Agriculture. 4. As part of the acquisition and provision of data from the Department of Geodesy and Property Management, it is planned to scan, calibrate, and digitise survey outlines as well as to scan, calibrate, and digitise classification maps. 5. Additionally, the project envisages raising the digital competencies of employees related to the services provided, including public e-services. 6. The place of performance of the contract is the Bieruń County Office.
