Netherlands – Tree-maintenance services – Boomonderhoud -renovatie en -veiligheidscontrole

The Contracting Authority intends to award 3 contractors per lot on the basis of a framework agreement. Further orders are awarded per lot. Lot 1: Tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 2: Tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer; Lot 3: Tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer. • A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 1: Tree renovation Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;

• A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 2: Tree maintenance Amstelveen & Aalsmeer;

• A multi-year framework agreement for Lot 3: Tree safety inspection Amstelveen & Aalsmeer.

The total estimated value of the contract is € 8,620,000, excluding VAT. This amount is based on the expected uptake during the initial term and the extension options, with a maximum contract duration of four (4) years. The expected distribution is:

• Lot 1: € 4,550,000, excluding VAT;

• Lot 2: € 3,550,000, excluding VAT;

• Lot 3: € 520,000, excluding VAT.

This distribution is indicative only. The amounts per framework agreement do not include a turnover or uptake guarantee. The actual distribution may change during the term, depending on the nature and scope of the work. Once the joint maximum value of € 8,620,000, excluding VAT, is reached, the agreements will end by operation of law and no further orders will be issued, even if the maximum term has not yet expired.
