This public contract is a services contract and concerns a framework agreement for the conclusion of an insurance contract for out-of-hospital care within the cafeteria plan for the employees of the participating municipalities. The contracting authority reserves the right not to award the contract, to only fulfil a part of the contract, or to repeat the procedure and this without compensation. Each municipality that is included under the participating municipalities can decide for itself whether or not to take up this framework agreement. Today, the municipality and the OCMW of the municipality of Wingene and De Panne have the intention to effectively take up this contract. From the municipalities of Rivierenland, there is already interest in taking up by Sint-Katelijne-Waver, Putte, Nijlen, Lier, Berlaar. The services that fall under this contract are insurance services (CPV code 66510000-8). The contract is reserved for insurance companies.
