The subject of the construction measure is the general renovation of the existing triple sports hall from the year of construction 1985, including necessary demolition work, partial new construction and the complete renewal of the technical building equipment. The aim of the measure is to create a modern, safe and barrier-free sports hall operation while complying with the applicable public-law regulations, particularly with regard to fire protection, accessibility and energy requirements according to the Building Energy Act (GEG). The measure will be carried out predominantly in the existing structure with the integration of the existing building structures, with constructive interventions being limited to the necessary extent. The transition to the adjacent Gymnasium will be integrated into the construction measure. The construction measure will be carried out in one construction section.
