AI 2025-0042 - Processing and (partial) transport of Green Waste

The Contract concerns the provision and operation of a landfill site within the municipality of Amsterdam and the processing of Green Waste delivered by or on behalf of the Municipality of Amsterdam. In addition, the Contract – if and to the extent that the Municipality does not arrange the transport itself – includes the lifting and transporting of Green Waste from various municipal (collection) sites to the landfill or processing site. The processing takes place at a processing site to be determined by the Contractor in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the requirements set out in the tender documents; the location of processing is part of the award criteria.
