France – Public road transport services – Service de transport à la demande (TAD) pour le territoire de la Communauté de Communes de Blaye

The framework agreement aims to implement an on-demand public transport service (TAD) in the territory of the Communauté de Communes de Blaye, covering 20 communes. This is a door-to-door passenger transport service, accessible via prior reservation. Reservations are managed by a dedicated reservation centre, which handles the planning and optimisation of journeys. The contractor is responsible for the operational implementation of the service, including the provision of two vehicles with a maximum capacity of 9 passengers, personnel and necessary means, the collection of revenue and a monthly operational follow-up. The scheme aims to meet local mobility needs, particularly for users who do not have suitable transport solutions. It includes journeys within the territory as well as links to external hubs (services, facilities, connections with regional networks and TER). The contract includes an obligation to take over the personnel from the previous contract. The expected services and places of execution are detailed in the C.C.T.P.
